Re-branding Finland?

Is it possible to ‘brand’ countries the way companies manage their identities? If yes, how should the ‘Finland’ brand be managed systematically, and what would be an ideal image for 21st-century Finland? Or are national identities just too complex to be branded at all?

These questions will be discussed in a seminar on Friday, 25 April 1998 at 7 pm at the Finnish Institute. Opening remarks: Jali Wahlsten.

The seminar is organised in conjunction with the annual meeting of the Council of the Finnish Institute in London Trust.
