"Profiles of Finland" is a distance study programme for all those who would like to exercise their minds and explore new aspects of Finland. Compiled by the University of Helsinki, the programme gives an introduction into Finnish history, geography, society, and art and culture.

Each of the four modules is accompanied by a study day at the Institute, taught by Finnish and British experts on the subject. Students can aim at a Diploma in Finnish Studies awarded by the University of Helsinki, join the course just for fun at any point of the cycle or just come along for the study days.
